Return Policy – 360 Days

At Naazrah, we guarantee that all products are 100% brand new, sealed, and unused. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase and the product is unopened, unused, and undamaged, you can return it within 360 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be sealed and unused (unboxed items are not eligible).
  • The product must be free of any physical damage, scratches, or marks caused by the customer.
  • The original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoice must be included.
  • Campaign/offer/discount items are not eligible for return or exchange.

You must notify us within:

  • 24 hours if the product is:
    • Not authentic
    • Damaged during delivery
    • Different from what was ordered or shown on the website
  • To validate any damage or mismatch during delivery, please:
    • Notify the delivery agent immediately, OR
    • Provide a clear unboxing video showing the sealed product and package

Important Notes:

  • Returns are not accepted if the product has been unboxed or used, unless it has a valid manufacturing defect reported within 3 days.
  • Software issues (e.g., bugs, updates) are not covered under our return or support policy.
  • Customers must pack the product safely for return shipping. We will not be liable for any damage during the return process.
  • You may visit our office in Dhaka for in-person support and faster processing if needed.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • If a replacement is not available for a defective item
  • If you cancel the order before it is dispatched
  • If the product is out of stock after you’ve placed the order

Refund Processing Timeline:

  • 7–15 working days after we receive and verify your return
  • For card payments: refunded to your bank within 7–10 business days (dependent on your bank)
  • For mobile banking (bKash/Rocket/Nagad): refunded within 7–10 business days to your preferred account

Deductions & Penalties:

  • If you cancel after shipment, delivery charges apply and are non-refundable
  • If you cancel after payment but before dispatch, ৳1000 will be deducted as a penalty. The rest can be used as store credit for other purchases (not refundable).

Misuse or false complaints may cause delays or denial of refunds. We highly value honest and cooperative communication.


🛡️ Warranty Policy

1. Brand Warranty (if applicable on the product)

  • Must notify us within the warranty period.
  • We will coordinate with the brand or official seller (may take 10–15 working days).
  • Original box and all accessories must be submitted for warranty claims.
  • Physical damages (dents, scratches, cracks) are not covered.

2. Replacement Warranty (if offered)

  • Valid only for manufacturing defects.
  • Replacement is allowed only once during the warranty period.
  • Notify us within the warranty timeline.
  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received (no physical damage).
  • Processing time: Minimum 3–4 weeks for a replacement or fix.

3. Naazrah Warranty

  • Valid within 3 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only.
  • One-time replacement allowed.
  • Countdown starts from the day you receive the item.
